Fenn Tower, CSU

Cleveland State University recently restored Historic Fenn Tower. Fenn Tower is a twenty one story skyscraper that sits on the corner of Euclid Avenue and East 24th street.  Designed in the art deco style by George P. Post & Sons of New York, the tower was built in 1929 as the National Town and Country Club. 

The project received the Cleveland Restoration Society’s 2007 Trustees Award for Preservation Achievement.

Jamieson Ricca Co. is proud to have installed over 700 new Graham Architectural Windows that match the original steel windows in appearance and site lines.

Jamieson Ricca Co. put tireless hours of engineering and field measuring into replacing the east and west entrances in order to restore the original magnificence.
